A PNW native, Maxwell is passionate about building long-term relationships that help customers uncover the full impact behind their energy efficiencies and cost savings.
Maxwell enjoys hiking, skiing, and exploring new areas of Glacier National Park with his wife and daughter.

Operations Lead
Narlou brings over 17 years of experience in customer service, operations, and sales. His background spans leadership roles from his previous company focusing on energy management, sustainability and automation. On his current position as an Operations Lead, he continues to drive growth and efficiency through strategic process improvement and strong team collaboration.
Known for his expertise in operations management, process automation, and project execution, Narlou has successfully led teams across North America and implemented initiatives grounded in Lean Six Sigma principles.
